New gated resort with 24 hour security - completed 2009.
Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole Par 68 signature course and driving range.
16 communal pools locations: unheated. Swimming possible April - October. Ideal June - September. Both deep pools and children's shallow pools free of charge. Indoor swimming available at Intercontinental Hotel for a fee.
Tennis courts: free but booking may be required.
Clubhouse with buffet restaurant, bar, café and golf shop.
Shops include supermarket, health & beauty shop, hair & beauty, travel agent/car hire.
Town centre includes Italian restaurant, Tapas Bar, Irish bar.
Conference Centre.
5 Star Intercontinental Hotel with Spa and Fitness Centre (apartment guests pay a daily fee to use facilities - currently 10 Euros for adults).
Residents have use of facilities at other Polaris World Resorts in the area. Free shuttle bus from La Torre to Mar Menor, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resorts.
Shuttle bus to Beach Club in summer months.

Golf

Polaris World golf courses form the 'Nicklaus Golf Trail' - 9 courses planned in the area.
Golf is not included in the cost of apartment hire.
