| January 1st - February 28th | £200 per week; £40 per night |
| March 1st - May 22nd & Sept 15th - Dec 18th | £250 per week; £45 per night |
| May 23rd - Sept 14th & Dec 19th - Dec 31st | £300 per week; £50 per night |
- Minimum 3 night stay (if only 2 nights required, must pay for 3).
- Plus refundable bond of £150 incase of damage.
- Plus cleaning fee, payable to key holders in Spain.
- Check-in from 17.00 hrs. Check-out by 10.00 hrs. May be some flexibility, dependent on other bookings and key holders commitments. However, if stay past midday must usually pay for 1 more night.
- Discount for 2nd week of a 2 week booking.
